By registering for our OSHA classes or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We offer OSHA safety training classes (virtual, in-person, on-site). Class availability and pricing may vary.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due before class. Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances; contact us for details.
3. SMS Communication
If you opt in for SMS:
- You consent to receive text messages from us.
- You can opt out by replying STOP.
- We follow all TCPA and CTIA compliance requirements.
4. Privacy
Your information will only be used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
5. Liability
Our training is educational. Participants are responsible for following safety protocols in their workplace.
